Welcome to Inverard

Inverard guesthouse is situated in Bundanoon on the edge of Morton National Park. It offers an ideal base for bushwalking, bike riding, exploring the surrounding villages, weekend markets, local wineries or simply to relax and unwind.

Accommodation

The house has a relaxed, warm feeling and comfortably sleeps up to ten people. The newly-renovated kitchen and dining room open onto a garden and barbeque area. The living room has an eco-friendly slow combustion wood fire, stereo, TV and DVD player.

Location

Inverard is approximately 2 hours drive south of Sydney in the NSW Southern Highlands. It is equally accessible from Canberra and Wollongong.

Attractions

Morton National Park

Morton National Park is great for a daytrip or school excursion. Visit Fitzroy Falls for scenic waterfall views; go mountain biking through Wingello or take one of the many walking or enjoy a picnic lunch.

Mountain biking

Bundanoon cycling route is an easy 14km bike ride through Morton National Park. It offers an easy, yet rewarding, day on the bike for all the family. It includes amazing views from Southern Highland escarpment lookouts, and an assortment of picnic areas along undulating unsealed roads through the forest.

Brigadoon

The Bundanoon Highland Gathering is a Scottish festival held annually in April. It began in 1978 and has grown from a handful of pipe bands and spectators into one of the areas most successful events.
